JUST IMMIGRATION ABOUT US

ABOUT US

Just Immigration Consulting Limited was founded in 2014 by Scott Game and Jiahe Jing with a simple but powerful mission: to provide high‑quality, trustworthy immigration advice at reasonable prices. From day one, we set out to build a practice grounded in integrity, clarity, and genuine care for the people and communities we serve.

Over the years, our commitment to excellence has been recognised both in New Zealand and internationally. We were awarded the AI Global Mobility, Immigration and Logistics Best New Immigration Consultancy in 2016, followed by the Global Business Insights Award for Best in Immigration Consultancy – New Zealand in 2018. We were also honoured to be named finalists in the Immigration Choice Awards for four consecutive years — 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Today, Just Immigration Consulting Limited continues to grow as a trusted partner for migrants, families, students, and employers. We believe in doing the work properly, telling each client’s story with care, and delivering advice that is both accessible and grounded in deep expertise. Our focus remains the same as the day we began: quality advice, fair pricing, and genuine support for every client who chooses to work with us.

OUR ADVISERS

Scott Game has spent his entire career helping people build new beginnings across borders. His journey in immigration started long before he became a licensed adviser — it began in Beijing, where he worked for four years at the Canadian Embassy as a Non‑Immigrant Adviser for Citizenship and Immigration Canada. There, he supported travellers, families, and professionals navigating temporary entry to Canada, gaining a deep appreciation for the hopes and challenges behind every application.

In 2008, Scott returned home to New Zealand and joined Immigration New Zealand as an Immigration Officer, where he spent another four years assessing a wide range of visa categories. During this time, he developed a particular passion and expertise for Partnership Residence applications, working closely with couples and families to help them stay together in Aotearoa. It was here that Scott saw firsthand how life‑changing good immigration advice can be — and how devastating it is when people don’t receive it.

In 2014, Scott became a licensed immigration adviser, bringing together his international experience, government insight, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people. Since then, he has worked across every major visa class, supporting migrants, students, workers, families, and employers with clarity, honesty, and care.

What sets Scott apart is not just his technical expertise — it’s the way he listens, the way he explains, and the way he treats every client’s story as something that matters. For him, immigration isn’t paperwork. It’s people, futures, and families.

Today, Scott continues to support communities across New Zealand and around the world, helping people take confident steps toward the life they want to build here.

Mukesh Baggi — known to many as Micky — understands the migrant journey not just through study or training, but through lived experience. Originally from India, he moved to New Zealand in 2012 as an international student, full of hope and determination to build a future here. Like many migrants, his path was not always easy. In 2018, his residence application was declined — a moment that was deeply challenging and discouraging.

But with the guidance and support of his immigration adviser, Scott Game, Micky refused to give up. He continued to push forward, gathering the strength and evidence needed to try again. In 2019, his residence was approved — a life‑changing moment that opened the door to stability, opportunity, and a renewed sense of belonging in Aotearoa.

That experience became the turning point that shaped his purpose. Inspired by the impact that good advice and genuine support can have, Micky chose to pursue a career in immigration advocacy. Today, he is a provisionally licensed Immigration Adviser, committed to helping others navigate the same system that once challenged him. His approach is grounded in honesty, professionalism, and compassion — values shaped by his own journey.

Alongside his advisory work, Micky also runs a successful retail fast‑food business in Auckland, where he is hands‑on in daily operations and business development. This dual experience — as a migrant, a business owner, and a licensed professional — gives him a unique understanding of the aspirations, pressures, and realities faced by people building new lives in New Zealand.

Micky is dedicated to ongoing learning, serving his clients with integrity, and contributing positively to New Zealand’s diverse and multicultural community. His story is one of resilience, growth, and a genuine desire to help others find their place in Aotearoa.
